SHIPPING 

For products currently in stock, we will ship your order within 1 week. Because we custom make each carriage, it might take up to 3 months if a certain model is out of stock. For Canadian orders please expect an estimated delivery time of 2-3 weeks. Orders that are shipped to Canada require a shipping surcharge of $15.00 plus a $4 packing and handling brokerage fee per order. We can ship anywhere in the world. Once you place your order, we will get quotes from different carriers for you. For International orders, payments must be made with wire transfer as we cannot accept any credit card payments.


PAYMENT 


A 50% down payment must be made when order is placed. Balance to be paid prior to shipping. You have 24 hours to cancel without any penalties. Because each order is custom made, 20% will be deducted from your down payment if order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing your order. We accept Visa/MC, checks, money orders, or wire transfers. The name Animal Sports will be the name on your credit card statement.


WARRANTY 


We provide a 2-yr warranty on parts. Limitations include paint deterioration/chipping and damages resulting from misuse, accidents, and/or intentional damages

RETURNS 

If you find that you need to return or exchange any item, please call or email us within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise to discuss your concern. Due to the nature of the product, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges. Therefore, we ask that you work with us to find ways to avoid returns by exchanging damaged parts. If a return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization #. You will need to put this number on your return in order for it to be processed properly. Your exchange will be shipped upon receipt of your returned item unless other arrangements are made in advance. In the event of a refund, if you paid by credit card, your credit card will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise. If you made your payments in a form other than a credit card, then your refund will be in the form of a check. All merchandise returned must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds or exchanges MUST be made within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply and only store credit will be issued. Please include a copy of your invoice in the box. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

When you receive your shipment all boxes must be inspected for damage upon arrival, and damages if any reported to carrier and Animal Sports International, LLC DBA Champion Carriage immediately.  All damages must be recorded with digital photos. Animal Sports International, LLC cannot be held liable for damages caused by shipping. This is the responsibility of the carrier and you the customer to inspect and report damages upon arrival. We take extreme care in boxing and inspecting before shipping to ensure you receive top a quality product. Unfortunately damages do occur during shipping and are beyond our control. If you have any problem in settling a claim please call so thay we may assist you.
